Love working with Tri-County water we actually found them through Costco but they have been giving us amazing service and the water filter system we’re using for our home has worked flawlessly. And they even include free filters once a year! What?? No one else does that as far as I know! And the service call is included too when you rent their system. No brainer!

Always responsive and available. From the person that answers the phone to the technician, and the delivery drivers, they are all very knowledgeable and quick to share information or details about my questions. Very courteous, professional, and efficient. Shout out to Taylor Kemper, and all of the other gentleman who have recently helped me with my water softener and ROS system. All of them were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and quick to answer my questions. Most importantly, as a woman, I felt safe and comfortable with them.
