Over the years working with Tri-County has, without fail,... been an excellent experience. Not only is the water filtration system superb but the process, in our case (annual fall winterization and spring resetting) is a pleasure from start to finish: i.e., from making our twice-yearly appointments to the in-house service call. We would like to make special mention of Robert, our service associate, who is always committed, knowledgeable (any and all questions answered with authority and accuracy) and always friendly, personable and dependable.read more

David was the technician for today’s service appointment.... His knowledge and recommendations were very helpful. Now I have a more consistent filter changing schedule to follow. This will help save money over time since the water hardness and high chlorine levels require a pre-filter change every 6 months instead of 12. But this will prevent the main (middle) membrane filter from being ruined by chlorine in a period of 2 years; the main filter is supposed to last 5 years. I greatly appreciate being an informed customer.read more
